AGAINST MY SOUL

I had a peaceful conversation with my parents today. My dad wants me to realize I’m a wonderful person, my life is beautiful etc… so stop beating myself up for certain issues. Issues I believe I deserve to feel the pain that I caused. Anyways I had a moment afterwards where I realized I was suddenly physically drained.
